IMPORTANT
1. Read your examination timetable carefully. Reasons for absence citing overslept or misreading of timetable will NOT be accepted. Student will be deemed to have failed the module.
2. Bring along your STUDENT CARD to all examinations.
3. Check and remember your SEAT NUMBER before entering the examination venue.
4. Use the washroom before the examination commences to minimise any disruptions.
5. Enter the examination venue at 8.40 am (morning session) and 1.40 pm (afternoon session) and be seated by 8.50 am/1.50 pm. Students who arrive after 8.50 am (morning session)/1.50 pm (afternoon session) will be allowed to enter the examination venue only at 9.00 am (morning session)/2.00 pm (afternoon session) when the examination starts.
6. LATECOMERS will NOT be allowed to enter the examination venue 45 MINUTES after the examination has started.
7. Any attempt to CHEAT will be referred to the Polytechnic Student Disciplinary Committee.
8. Submit your original MC/LETTER of explanation with supporting documents WITHIN 48 HOURS to the Director of School/Division for absence from examination, failing which, you may be dismissed.
9. Refer to the NPal Student Self Service from 15 Sep 2008 onwards for the release of examination results.
10. Request for REVIEW of result must be submitted to SSC (Blk 1, The Atrium) on 15, 16, 17 or 18 Sep 2008. EXAMINATION APPEALS, if any, must be submitted to the School/Division. Late request for review/appeal after 18 Sep 2008 will NOT be considered.
